Paiko (paiko.shop ও Paiko অ্যাপ) দোকানদার ও অনলাইন রিসেলারদের পাইকারি কেনাকাটার সেবা। এই পাতায় বলা আছে আমরা কী তথ্য নিই, কেন নিই, কতদিন রাখি আর আপনি কীভাবে মুছতে পারেন।

যে তথ্য নিই

অ্যাকাউন্ট: নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, পাসওয়ার্ড (এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়, আমরাও দেখতে পাই না), ক্রেতার ধরন, দোকানের নাম ও ঠিকানা।
অর্ডার: প্রোডাক্ট, পরিমাণ, ডেলিভারির নাম, নম্বর ও ঠিকানা, নোট।
পরিচয় যাচাই (শুধু আমরা চাইলে): জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের (NID) দুই পাশের ছবি ও নম্বর, আর একটা ছোট সেলফি ভিডিও (আপনি একটা কোড বলেন, মাথা ঘোরান, চোখ পিটপিট করেন)। ভিডিওর মুখ চেনার কাজ আপনার ফোনেই হয় (Google ML Kit, ফোনের ভেতরে) — সেই ফল (মুখ দেখা গেছে কিনা ইত্যাদি) আমাদের কাছে আসে, কোনো বাইরের মুখ-চেনা সেবায় যায় না।
প্রযুক্তিগত: লগইন সেশন, ফোন / ব্রাউজারের ধরন (user agent), নিরাপত্তার জন্য IP ঠিকানা।

ক্যামেরা ও মাইক্রোফোন শুধু পরিচয় যাচাইয়ের সময় আপনার অনুমতি নিয়ে চালু হয়। আমরা লোকেশন, কন্টাক্ট, ফোনের অন্য ছবি বা বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য কোনো তথ্য নিই না।

কেন ব্যবহার করি

অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা, পাইকারি ক্রেতা হিসেবে অনুমোদন ও প্রতারণা ঠেকানো।
অর্ডার নেওয়া, ফোনে নিশ্চিত করা ও ডেলিভারি দেওয়া।
অ্যাকাউন্ট ও অর্ডার নিয়ে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ।

আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনে ব্যবহার করি না। শুধু ডেলিভারির জন্য কুরিয়ারকে নাম, নম্বর, ঠিকানা আর আইন অনুযায়ী বাধ্য হলে কর্তৃপক্ষকে দেওয়া হতে পারে। তথ্য রাখা হয় আমাদের নিজস্ব সার্ভারে ও Cloudflare R2 স্টোরেজে; আসা-যাওয়ার পথে সব HTTPS-এ এনক্রিপ্টেড।

কতদিন রাখি

NID-এর ছবি ও ভিডিও: সিদ্ধান্ত হওয়ার ৯০ দিন পর নিজে থেকেই মুছে যায় (অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলে সাথে সাথে)।
অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: যতদিন অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকে।
অর্ডারের রেকর্ড: বিক্রি ও হিসাবের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫ বছর।
ব্যাকআপ: সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিন, তারপর নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়।

অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা

অ্যাপের প্রোফাইল → "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন", অথবা ওয়েবসাইটে paiko.shop/account/delete — মোবাইল নম্বর আর পাসওয়ার্ড দিলেই সাথে সাথে মুছে যায় (লগইন, নাম, দোকানের তথ্য, NID ও ভিডিও)। আগের অর্ডারের রেকর্ড উপরের মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত থাকে। পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে যোগাযোগ করুন, আমরা মুছে দেব।

শিশুদের জন্য নয়

এই সেবা শুধু ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী ব্যবসায়ীদের জন্য।

English summary

Paiko (paiko.shop and the Paiko Android app) is a wholesale ordering service for shop owners and online resellers in Bangladesh.

Data we collect: name, mobile number, password (stored hashed), buyer type, shop name and address; order details (items, delivery name, phone, address, notes); and only when we ask for verification, national ID (NID) photos and number plus a short selfie video. Face checks on that video run on the phone (Google ML Kit, on-device); only their result is sent to us, never to a third-party face service. We also keep login sessions, device / browser type and IP address for security. Camera and microphone are used only during verification, with your permission. We do not collect location, contacts or advertising IDs.

Use: creating and approving wholesale accounts, preventing fraud, processing, confirming and delivering orders, and contacting you about them. We never sell your data or use it for ads. Delivery details are shared with the courier; data may be disclosed when the law requires it. Data is stored on our own server and Cloudflare R2; all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

Retention: NID photos and video are deleted automatically 90 days after the decision (immediately when you delete your account); account data while the account exists; order records up to 5 years for sales and accounting; backups up to 7 days.

Account deletion: in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at paiko.shop/account/delete with your phone and password. Login, name, shop details, NID photos and video are deleted at once; past order records are kept for the period above.
